Jennifer Iroha
Senior Executive Secretary B.Edu. Primary EducationJennifer Iroha is the CEO of JBF Fashion Collections, an Educationist, and a lover of Children. Her unprecedented experience acquired while in her profession has enabled her to reach out to numerous clients and meet their expectations. Her research work was focus Impact of techniques used by primary school teachers in controlling behaviors on pupils’ academic performance which was inspired by the quote in Naong, 2010 “As behavior academic outcomes relate to negative situations and poor actions by students, the classroom environment becomes less positive, and teachers can struggle to provide the best education to the entire class. Positive changes to the behavior of students can improve the academic outcomes at any grade level”. This has built her idea concept of supporting the training and retraining of teachers on the application of classroom management techniques, ensuring pupils are involved in group participation, and conceptualizing methodologies in taking the age of pupils into account while administering punishment techniques. Jennifer Iroha holds a B.Edu. degree in Primary Education (NOU). She is an experienced public speaker who shares her professional expertise across her community by leading capacity-building programs in schools.

Amakor Anthony
Head of Administration B.Sc. Chemistry & M.Sc. Organic ChemistryMr Amakor Anthony is a seasoned educationist with vast experience in humanitarian service ranging from voluntary services to interest in the capacity development of individuals. He is a graduate of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture Umudike, Abia state with a major in Chemistry and since then has taught Chemistry in different Schools with great success. He has also been able to further his self-growth and development by picking interests in management. He has held the sensitive position of the HOD sciences with American University of Nigeria Schools - Charter where he had to manage staff and coordinate the affairs and conduct of staff in relation to all academic matters including examinations and coordinating the tracking of all students activities and direct report and liaison with parents. He is an outstanding man manager. He is fluent speaker of Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa and the English Language and his interpersonal and social skills are admirable.

Hassana Shehu Gulani
Data Analyst Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural and Environmental Resources Engineering, (UNIMAID)Hassana Gulani has extensive knowledge of MS Office package, data collection, quality assurance, data processing, statistical analysis, and thematic mapping (ArcGIS and QGIS). Hassana Gulani has top-notch experience in project design and monitoring, capacity building, preparing static and dynamic reports using PowerPoint, Tableau, and Power BI.

Adamu Audu
Programe Manager B.Sc. Geography (UNIMAID)Adamu Audu holds a B.Sc. degree in Geography and a Diploma in Computer Science from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State. Since 2016, his contributions to the humanitarian community cannot be overemphasized. His wealth of experience ranges from nutrition officer to program manager in several national non-governmental organizations including but not limited to Albarka Health Spring Foundation (AHSF). He has contributed to a substantial increase in the use of cash-and-voucher in the Northeast humanitarian response. His passion to support humanity has been a major drive for his volunteering to support ease the suffering of those in dire need in areas categorized as inaccessible to the international community.

David Williams
Head of Programmes B.Tech. Electronics Technology Education (FUTY) & M.Sc. Electronics Technology (FUTY)David Williams is an outstanding researcher, working with government and non-governmental organizations since 2019 has broadened his humanitarian understanding of humanitarian action and implementation. His exceptional research skills include the use of quantitative and qualitative research techniques, computing, communication, and analytical tools to support humanitarian partners in their programming and almost precisely measure their response outcomes. David Williams possesses outstanding qualities in leadership, management, and strategic thinking, and exudes confidence, passion, inventiveness, and trustworthiness. David Williams continues to give back to the community by ensuring those high-risk and vulnerable communities have access to basic services including but not limited to education, health facilities, sanitation, and potable water.

Chukwuemeka Ekeh
Monitoring, Evaluation and Research B.Sc. Animal Science (UNIMAID) & M.Sc. Animal Production and Management (UI)Born and raised in Maiduguri, Borno State, Chukwuemeka graduated with a B.Sc in Animal Science from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State and also obtained a Masters’ degree in Animal Production and Management from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. He found passion in humanitarian works, where he started out as a volunteer in 2017 and has further acquired vast knowledge and experience working in different roles and in various capacities in different organizations. He is fluent in local languages like Hausa and Igbo and basic Kanuri and Yoruba.

Shaibu Wakil
Community Engagement Officer B.Sc. Library and Information Science (UNIMAID)Shaibu is from Borno state and holds a B.Sc. in Library and Information Science from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State. He’s currently a volunteer community engagement officer with CNEF since 2021 till date. He also has the opportunity to build his capacity in the organization and looks forward to working as a team player and take the organization to greater heights.

Robert Nuhu Kirtani
Psycosocial Support Officer B.Sc. Health Education (UNIMAID) & M.Ed Emotional and Mental Health Education. UnimaidRobert is an Educationists with a B.Sc. in Health Education (UNIMAID) and M.Ed in Emotional and Mental Health Education also from UNIMAID. Robert Nuhu has a robust experience in monitoring and evaluating Education Crises responses (ECR) under Women in New Nigeria & Youth Empowerment (WiNN) in collaboration with UNSAID which involves establishing 27 learning centers and as a team member of the University of Maiduguri has installed him the ability to support humanitarian stakeholders and implementing partners

Auwal Abubakar
Laison and Engagement Officer Business Administration SMU GHANAAuwal has been a volunteer at CRS Malaria eradication project Yola Adamawa state and a volunteer in Jimeta General Hospital at Center for Population and Health Agency, before joining the humanitarian sector, he was a banking Agent in 2019.

Gideon Ornyi
Head of SecurityA dedicated and reliable Security Management Expert and Educational Administrator who is also able to perform a broad array of task in project management support capacity. Gideon Ornyi as participated in several security risk assessment which informs the geographical areal risk profiling across the Northeastern part of Nigeria. Gideon Ornyi also adept in planning and coordination of project management activities including design, implementation, evaluation as well as personnel management, supervision, scheduling and creating of comprehensive reports in a timely manner for accelerated performance.
